    Improvement of Socio-Economic Status of Rural Youths and the well being of children and the community as a whole.

    To empower rural youths to improve upon their standard of living through sustainable integrated development projects and programs.

    To ensure the standard of living of youths and the well being of children in out project communities.

  • Undertake community education to create awareness on environmental hygiene and sanitation.
  • Promote functional literacy among rural youths.
  • Play and advocacy role on behalf of youths on issues that affect their socio-economic status in the society.
  • Facilitate the improvement of Reproductive Heath Right among the youths and children.
  • Improve the nutritional status of rural youths and children.
  • Play an advocacy role on youths on their Reproductive Health Right, Human Rights and other policies the affect their social economic status.
  • Promote and provide vocational skills training to the rural youths.
  • Promote early childhood development and girl child education.
  • Provision of portable water to deprived communities in Ghana.
  • Research into issues affecting youths in our project communities.
  • Promote I.C.T training and education among youths in Ghana.
  • To provide loans and support to its women group. (Micro Finance)
  • Promote education by lobbing for funds to improve infrastructure of schools and provision of education facilities to enhance learning.

KIRC FOUNDATION has 5 full time paid staffs comprising of the Director, the Project officer, Account Officer, Secretary and Project Monitoring & Evaluation Personnel

In all the fifteen communities in the Central Region of Ghana, KIRC FOUNDATION has found a way to give education on Sexual Health, Reproductive Health and Human Right and made the rural people and the youths (male and female) well informed about their right and have acquired the skill to claim the right from duty bearers and power sources whenever the need arises.

Kirc Foundation through it volunteer school placement project have reach more children with ICT education,English,Science,Mathematics,Religious and moral education, Citizenship education ,HIV education, Career training and reproductive health education. About 20,000 children have been reached with this information through our school volunteer placement project.

Many children have been able to improve their reading skills through our English tutorial given to them. This project has help impacted positively to the life of children.
